Refunds

For most products — if the item is defective — you may return it to us for a refund or exchange within 30 days of receiving it.
Shipping costs for returns are non-refundable.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in the same condition as received, and in its original packaging.

Warranty Terms and Right of Cancellation

The warranty for Magnet Chess is valid only if the product is unused and has a manufacturing defect.
The warranty does not cover damage caused by customer negligence or improper handling. The customer is responsible for handling the product with care.

The right of cancellation applies only if the product is in its original condition.
If the product has been used, we unfortunately cannot accept a return.

If you wish to exercise your right of cancellation, please contact our customer service within 30 days of receiving the product to initiate the return process.

Returns (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email confirming receipt of the returned item.
We will also notify you whether your refund has been approved or rejected.

If approved, your refund will be processed and automatically applied to your original method of payment within a certain number of days.

Late or Missing Refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet:

  • First, check your bank account.

  • Then contact your credit card company — it may take some time before the refund is officially posted.

  • Next, contact your bank — there is often processing time before a refund is completed.

If you’ve done all of this and still have not received your refund, please contact us via our contact form.

Exchanges (if applicable)

We only replace Magnet Chess if the item is defective, unused, or damaged.

Shipping

We will provide instructions by email on where to send your returned Magnet Chess.

Customers are responsible for paying return shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Delivery times may vary depending on your location.

If you are returning an order with a value over £75, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.
We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
